Job Description: Industrial Automation Specialist

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a critical member of our development team, you will design, develop, and implement innovative industrial automation solutions using CODESYS platform.

About the Job:
This is a contract position requiring 5-7 years of experience in product development. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements. Your expertise in PLC/HMI programming, coding standards, and documentation will be essential in ensuring seamless integration of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC and HMI programs using CODESYS platform
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and PLC programming
- Excellent knowledge of CODESYS platform, PLC/HMI programming, and structure text/ladder/FB development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
