The Residency Program equips you with essential tools to thrive in today’s healthcare environment. You will receive advanced clinical training in a specialty area, engage in preceptorship training with experienced professionals, and collaborate on evidence-based practice projects.

As an RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to departmental requirements and nursing standards. Working alongside medical providers and the care team, you will offer individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient conditions during admissions and shifts, reporting any changes.
  • Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Documenting care administration accurately and promptly.
  • Responding swiftly to patient requests to ensure exceptional care.
  • Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

To qualify, you should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and hold a Registered Nurse License or be a Graduate Nurse in the state. Previous experience is not required, and some travel may be necessary for training.

Please note that this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, unless an exemption is approved.
