Program Overview

Wayfair's Commercial organization is seeking a talented Commercial Analyst Co-op to join our team. As a Commercial Analyst Co-op, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantage for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and independently manage essential business functions to drive successful outputs and excellence of team and department
• Analyze and visualize large datasets using technical and critical-thinking skills to identify business/performance trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Design, launch, and manage hypothesis-driven A/B tests; present findings to essential stakeholders to inform long-term strategy and drive roadmaps forward
• Create digestible and intuitive performance dashboards and trackers to help support team operations and foster cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Current Sophomore or Junior student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics) with a 3.0 GPA minimum
• Must be returning to the course of study following the completion of the Co-op
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) in our Boston office
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excited to see results driven by your work
• Detail-oriented
• Flexible; can adapt to changes in priorities and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and self-motivated
• Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Proficient in Excel, familiarity with SQL/another coding language is a plus
