Your role will involve overseeing budget management, conducting data analysis, and implementing policies while nurturing positive relationships between HHS and our partner facility administration.

Compensation:
$140,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance HHS operations across multiple regional locations.
  • Motivate on-site management teams and drive success by fostering a positive culture and implementing HHS programs while ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
  • Safeguard and uphold HHS standards for quality across all facilities in the region.
  • Direct and manage budgetary performance to control costs and optimize profits.
  • Coach and mentor managers and team members to foster success and develop a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Encourage and inspire on-site teams to reach high levels of achievement and create an inclusive work environment.
  • Champion new programs and initiatives to promote adoption at the account level.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments, setting achievable goals based on current outcomes.
  • Support recruitment, training, and retention efforts for on-site management teams.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of policies and programs that enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and more.
  • Manage multiple budgets while promoting fiscal responsibility and maximizing profits.
  • Foster positive relationships between HHS and partner facility administration.
  • Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance objectives.
  • Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
  • Openness to relocation for promotional opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.
