Senior Economist Position at Compass Lexecon

Compass Lexecon, a leading economic consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Economist to join its team. As a Senior Economist, you will be responsible for providing expert economic analysis and advice to clients in high-profile litigation, regulatory proceedings, and policy matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key economic and financial issues in complex cases
  • Assist in the formulation of case strategy and develop economic and financial models
  • Apply academic research to economic and financial analyses
  • Develop and implement econometric models
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research
  • Collaborate with case teams and manage aspects of projects
  • Present concise explanations of complex analyses to clients
Requirements:
  • PhD in Economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant academic, government, or consulting experience
