Position Overview

Role: Healthcare Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Healthcare EDI X12 file operations, identifying and resolving exceptions while escalating issues as needed.
  • Address inquiries related to Healthcare EDI, including enrollment, claims, payments, and clearinghouse functions.
  • Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot Healthcare EDI exceptions, determining root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage and modify SQL templates utilizing Microsoft SQL Server to assist in ticket resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Healthcare X12 EDI, capable of diagnosing issues at the file, header, segment, and element levels.
  • Proven ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries using MS SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
