About the Role

We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our team at Carroll Counseling Center LLC in Towson, MD. As a clinical therapist, you will provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, working with a diverse range of clients to promote optimal mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT licensure in Maryland
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent, with ability to build rapport with clients
