GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project delivery for multiple projects at varying stages of design and construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project planning, and management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the project team.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
  • Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced technical professionals.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of multiple projects at different stages of design.
  • Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
  • Provide construction administration services, such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, change order requests, and addressing field inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer registration (Preferably in NE or IA).
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil or Municipal Design (8+ years preferred).
