About the RoleThe Way Maker Group is a general contracting firm founded on Christian values, seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project completion through effective planning, quality control, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. * Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.* Manage and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor supervision and material delivery.* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.* Prepare and submit progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • * 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction management, preferably with a focus on religious, healthcare, or hospitality projects.* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.* Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.* Familiarity with LEAN principles and practices.* Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project assignments.
Working Conditions

The job requires frequent travel, sometimes exceeding 50% of the working hours, and may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods is also essential.

Benefits
