Job Summary:

The Structures Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine final component installation and verification, as well as systems operational and functional validation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rework, modification, maintenance, and both pre-flight and post-flight checks for delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during pre-flight and post-flight checks.
  • Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate mechanical or electrical/electronic faults and document faulty components.
  • Perform system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
  • Resolve problems identified during operation and testing of deliverable products.
  • Verify the accuracy of work performed and conduct self-inspection as needed.
  • Plan, schedule, and arrange activities independently, with guidance from the lead as necessary.

Requirements:

  • MUST have MRO heavy maintenance experience.
  • Extensive experience with heavy maintenance checks is required.
