Armstrong Receivable Management is seeking a skilled Loss Control Field Inspector to conduct insurance loss control inspections on commercial and residential properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
- Apply company standards and manual rules to assess risk and prevent accidents.
- Prepare detailed reports and schedules to ensure timely completion of inspections.
- Communicate with insured parties via phone, email, and text message to set up appointments and provide survey status updates.
- Complete physical loss control surveys to identify current issues and hazards.
- Prepare required reports, including multiple photographs, to document findings.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Competent use of digital camera, word processing, and email.
- Must live within 30-mile radius of assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay paid weekly.
- Mileage reimbursement paid weekly.
- Production pay paid weekly.
