We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscaping Laborer at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and install Oaklawn's landscape, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate various landscape equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and weed eaters, to maintain the grounds.
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks, such as planting, pruning, and removing plants, as well as cleaning up debris.
  • Enforce Oaklawn's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
