Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at blueStone Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business strategies and drive decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, providing key insights into sales performance and trends.
Monitor and analyze daily sales data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Compile and analyze monthly sales data to create comprehensive reports that highlight overall performance, trends, and key drivers.
Extract valuable insights from large datasets, identifying patterns, correlations, and trends that inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
Transform complex data into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand trends, patterns, and key performance metrics.
Design and develop new reports that meet evolving business needs, leveraging data analysis to create actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Execute and manage data exports to ensure accurate and timely extraction of information from databases, facilitating data analysis, reporting, and integration with other systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power Bi), and experience with JIRA program or similar IT project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
