Night Audit Role Overview:
The Night Audit position is crucial within the hotel operations. Working during the overnight hours (11pm-7am) can be challenging. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, disciplined, and organized.

This role involves welcoming guests, managing the processing and reconciliation of daily transactions, and preparing guest invoices.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Addressing guests' needs and inquiries.
- Securing payments, verifying, and adjusting invoices as necessary.

- Managing the accounting of cash, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through the front desk computer system and completing required reports to ensure the security of the company's funds.

- Closing out the day for both front desk and food and beverage systems.
- Summarizing nightly operations and communicating with relevant departments.
- Ensuring a smooth transition from one business day to the next.

- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Flexible availability.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Ability to follow directions.
