Inside Sales Representative - Overview

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as Sales Associates for the Washington Spirit. In collaboration with the Spirit, this is an opportunity to be part of disrupting the industry and growing attendance and revenues for the premier franchise in the NWSL. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling season ticket products and providing assistance with other revenue-generating projects.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sale of season ticket products and other revenue-generating projects for the team.
  • Expected to prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain computerized records of season ticket members and prospects within the ticketing system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hustle metric and sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in service efforts.
  • Set appointments, show seats, give stadium tours, etc.
  • Assist with Select-A-Seat events.
  • Matchday duties as assigned (visit clients, work sales table, etc.).
  • Attend weekly meetings and role-play sessions conducted by management.
  • Participate in sales-driven stadium events.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends and holidays when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Open to learning and taking constructive criticism/feedback.
  • Desire to be a sales industry leader.
  • Ability to present sales material to potential clients with confidence.
  • A passion for soccer is a plus.
