Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Ann Mashburn DC shop team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable brand experience for our customers. You will discover and assess client needs, suggest thoughtful solutions, build trusted relationships, and maintain timely follow-up. You will also contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and delivering a personalized brand experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and ages.
  • Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up.
  • Create meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadors.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Work as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication, to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day.
  • Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines.
