About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Ventures. As a Medical Assistant in Field Service, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent Invoicing and Document Management: You will be responsible for independently invoicing services provided to customers using SAP and maintaining accurate document management.
  • Medical Functional Examinations: You will conduct medical functional examinations, including hearing, vision, and lung function tests, ECG, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Occupational Medical Examinations: You will work alongside our doctors to perform occupational medical examinations.
  • Participant Care: You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to participants.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will handle administrative tasks such as performance recording, appointment scheduling, data documentation, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Medical Education: You must have a medical education as a medical assistant, dental assistant, nurse, or paramedic.
  • Technical Skills: You should have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP.
  • Soft Skills: You must have a strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, and a self-sufficient and structured way of working, and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Transportation: You ideally have a driver's license and your own car.
  • Language Skills: Your German language skills should be at C1 level.
