Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based systems, including Windows Server, M365, VMware, and Azure.
  • Provide expert-level support for MS365 environments, including email, Azure Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in cloud computing.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with management of MS365 environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows-based servers, and RMM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with email security and spam filtering.
  • Familiarity with hosted VoIP systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server.
