Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at One Senior Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our seniors.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to our participants, following the care plan and working under the supervision of the Clinic Nurse Manager. You will be expected to manage complex clinical situations, collect patient data, and complete required forms. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, making referrals to multidisciplinary support services, and communicating with other healthcare personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex clinical situations
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license
  • One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
  • Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening
