About the Role

Veregy, a leading decarbonization company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman III to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality energy efficiency solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and direct the installation, modification, and repair of HVAC & Plumbing related systems and equipment in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Team Leadership: Manage installers and apprentices on projects, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Safety and Quality: Follow PTP and company safety standards, maintain daily hazard prevention plans, and facilitate weekly safety meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Manage project quality control plans, project layouts, and trade coordination, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Customer Interface: Manage day-to-day interface with customers and general contractors, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage project scope, daily reports, and jobsite documentation, as well as tracking for all T&M and other field-generated changes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education (GED) equivalent; or three (3) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years as a Foreman required, with experience in HVAC & Plumbing materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Skills: Knowledge of general construction and project-related drawings and documentation, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of various operating systems and software products.
