The Pictsweet Company is growing We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our information technology team in Bells, TN. The Enterprise Architect's responsibilities will include improving the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs. This position will report to the V.P., Information Technology.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Responsible for developing a clear vision and structure for Enterprise Resource Plan solutions for the Company. Creating a business systems architecture model to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals and implement business systems. Evaluating internal functions, business strategies, and Information Technology processes and developing improvements Facilitating group sessions Modeling and graphical representations and abstractions Suggesting ideas to reduce costs and improve efficiencies Organize training to improve associates’ knowledge and skills for future organizational growth Maintain current and relevant knowledge of modern IT systems and business trends Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar discipline. Four (4) year minimum related work experience in system architecture preferred. Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. Conceptual and analytical thinker with the ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies with both business and technical teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and motivational skills.
