Job Title: MEP Superintendent

As a key member of our team, the MEP Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our commercial construction projects. This includes developing and maintaining project schedules, managing on-site tradesmen, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and regularly update project schedules and associated reporting
  • Manage and lead on-site tradesmen to ensure project completion within established time parameters
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction
  • HVAC geothermal experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong leadership qualities
