Position Overview:

In the role of Superintendent, you will be instrumental in managing various construction tasks, including foundation work, structural components, MEP systems, and interior finishes. Your guidance will be crucial for project success, ensuring top-tier quality and timely completion.

Key Duties:

Daily Operations: Supervise site activities, manage staff, and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.

Scheduling: Create and uphold construction schedules, including baseline and future planning.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations through regular checks and meetings.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards, and oversee pre-construction activities.

Subcontractor Management: Monitor performance and address project challenges.

Meetings: Lead and join various project-related meetings.

Administration: Maintain documentation, manage material deliveries, and keep as-built drawings current.

Additional Requirements:

Be available for site coverage, including nights and weekends as necessary.
Work closely with senior leadership on construction scheduling.
