Job Title: Receptionist

Cambridge HS is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with daily functions
  • Protect PHI per HIPAA guidelines
  • Abide by all facility policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties, including typing, filing, and answering telephone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room
  • Operate the paging/telephone system as required
  • Provide accurate information to residents, visitors, and guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the day, stand, bend, and reach
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods working on a computer
  • Repetitive hand motion and ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
