Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in hands-on planning and execution of QA activities for Agile sprints.
  • Rapidly acquire expertise in our products across the complete technical stack and utilize this knowledge to uphold code quality.
  • Examine and validate requirements and technical specifications.
  • Monitor test execution and report on project deliverables.
  • Formulate and implement test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and customer support teams to enhance the QA process based on product evolution and customer feedback.
  • Serve as a quality advocate for the Business for Sale product line throughout the organization.
  • Establish high-quality test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with QA fundamentals (test cycles, test cases, documentation, bug filing, tracking tools, etc.).
  • Excellent collaboration skills, system thinking, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge and experience with SQL.
  • Programming skills and experience in Test Automation development.
  • Background in Desktop and Mobile Testing.
