About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineering Leader, you will guide and mentor a diverse team in delivering multimodal transportation infrastructure across various contexts, from urban roadway reconstructions to signature trail projects that harmonize with the natural environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing software such as AutoCAD for project production and overseeing team members in their production tasks.
  • Managing projects through all phases, including design development, review, bid package creation, permitting, and providing support during construction.
  • Collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure project quality and success.
  • Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s quality improvement efforts.
