Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our residents and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and sell property benefits, while requesting deposits and performing all leasing functions.
- Phone and Inquiries: Answer phone calls as the first point of contact, respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Leasing and Administration: Complete welcome cards, record all traffic, and follow up with all customers, qualify customers according to property guidelines, and adhere to all Fair Housing and OSHA laws.
- Lease Administration: Collect all required new lease paperwork, fees, and deposits, maintain accurate resident and leasing records, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly leasing and marketing reports.
- Property Maintenance: Inspect property, pick up litter, report service needs to the manager or maintenance, and assist other employees in any apartment management functions.
- Market Knowledge: Be aware of local market trends and conditions, update the Market Survey monthly, and maintain knowledge of the budget.
- Training and Development: Participate in continued training as assigned and follow up on service requests.
