Leasing Consultant Position at Grand Peaks

The Leasing Consultant at Grand Peaks plays a crucial role as the primary sales representative and resident customer service liaison. This exciting opportunity involves a variety of responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, offer refreshments, highlight property benefits, handle deposits, and carry out all leasing processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact, answering inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Handle calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors with a high level of professionalism.
  • Complete welcome cards, track all traffic, and follow up with potential customers.
  • Screen customers based on property guidelines and comply with laws and regulations.
  • Collect all necessary paperwork, fees, and deposits for new leases.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Regularly inspect models, vacancies, and office appearance to ensure readiness.
  • Stay informed about market trends and conditions; update market surveys regularly.
  • Keep accurate resident and leasing records.
  • Prepare leasing and marketing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed.
  • Address service requests and communicate with maintenance for timely resolution; follow up with residents post-service.
  • Conduct property inspections, remove litter, and report maintenance needs to the management team.
  • Adhere to all laws, as well as the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist other employees with various apartment management tasks.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and within legal guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the budget.
  • Provide prompt follow-up on service requests.
  • Participate in ongoing training as assigned.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $18/hour + commission
