Door Sales Specialist

About the Role:
As a highly motivated and experienced Outside Commercial Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the construction industry.
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and influencers in the construction industry
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals to secure new business
- Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum three years outside sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent time management skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
- Competitive compensation package, including annual performance evaluations
- Medical, dental, and vision options, available on the first day of the month following your start date
- Paid time off plan, including 13 days accrued annually during your first year, and 16 days accrued during your second year
- Floating holidays, up to 2 per year
