Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dehumidification Equipment Specialist to join our team at Therma-Stor LLC, a leading provider of dehumidification solutions. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving equipment challenges and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical product support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems using posted protocols and diagnostics
  • Create comprehensive case records in CRM and log complete interactions for accurate case history
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to documented protocols for escalating customers
  • Promote professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service with technical products (electrical, automotive, HVAC, electronic)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and data entry programs
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
