We are seeking a highly skilled Efficus, Inc. Mechanical Engineer PM to join our team in Austin, TX.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience in HVAC or plumbing design and project management.
  • A current PE license and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit are required.
  • Familiarity with HVAC modeling programs such as TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, and/or AIRMaster is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with a range of people from subcontractors to project owners.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement MEP engineering solutions for various building types, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
  2. Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and budget standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in HVAC or plumbing design and project management.
  • Current PE license.
