Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Global Precision Attack Support Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our Air Combat Command initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to A589 in the realm of Global Precision Attack.
- Possess extensive experience in the Combat Air Forces, specifically in Fighter or Tactical Air Control Party roles.
- Collaborate with ACC staff on strategic plans and programs.
- Engage in high-level Air Force operations concerning Global Precision Attack.
- Demonstrate knowledge of staffing and planning within the Air Combat Command.
- Work closely with Government entities to meet objectives outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Leverage Weapon School training to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years in budgeting or resource management at the USAF MAJCOM level or higher.
- Three (3) years of experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, including the development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Financial Execution Plans.
- Three (3) years of operational experience at the USAF MAJCOM level or higher, with a focus on specific mission areas.
- Five (5) years of rated operational experience in Air-to-Ground fighter operations or Tactical Command Post (TACP).
- Familiarity with budgeting principles for Air Force appropriations.
- Understanding of DoD Financial Management Regulations and Air Force Budget Guidance.
- Proficient in monitoring financial commitments and execution rates.
- Ability to conduct analytical studies, interpret data, and propose solutions for budgetary challenges.
- Knowledge of automated data processing systems and their economic applications.
- Skilled in utilizing Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS) and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Weapon School Graduate is highly desirable.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).
