Job Title: Data Engineer
Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to support our clients in leveraging their big data to drive significant missions. As a Data Engineer, you will apply your expertise to execute data engineering tasks on mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy scalable pipelines and platforms to organize and make sense of diverse data sets.
- Implement data engineering activities to support mission-driven projects.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Enhance your skills in analytical exploration and data examination while supporting the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Over 2 years of experience in data engineering, data wrangling, and developing highly scalable ETL or DataOps pipelines.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Scala, Java, and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
- Ability to develop scripts and programs to convert various types of data into usable formats.
- Capability to work in a big data environment, quickly learn technical concepts, demonstrate technical solutions, standards, and best practices, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
- $95k to $150k per year annual salary.
