Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Inspect vehicles for potential problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a professional automotive service environment.
- ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate and drive vehicles.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending are required.
- Exerting lbs of force occasionally and/or lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
