Job Overview

At Dynamics ATS Organic, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the Chief Security Officer (CSSO) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for all issues related to systems and networks within your area of operations.
  • Investigate elevated issues, confirming their validity and finding solutions for complex problems.
  • Conduct switch and TACLANE management, guest and standalone system management, data backups and recovery, backend support, exercise and event support, ISSO duties, and delegate tasks to lower-level IT as required.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including security scans, backups, patches, updates, upgrades, hardware checks, and IT file management.
  • Implement security improvements by assessing baselines, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
  • Function as the ISSO responsible for training users on software and hardware for installation operations and tactical environments.
  • Install, sustain, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade IT assets, including data, voice, and video networks, LANS/WANS, VOIPs, and multiple video network infrastructure systems at multiple classification levels.
  • Implement data security measures, monitor networks and accesses, perform vulnerability and risk assessments, perform security updates, and ensure compliance with security measures.
  • Standardize, update, and maintain a media control program, ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are in place for equipment, storage, handling, organization, and control of media within the organization.
  • Secure and harden network devices with current DISA STIGs standards, act as a COMSEC Responsibility Officer and/or Secure Voice Responsibility Officer, re-key TACLANEs, and update firmware.
  • Update and manage standalone systems and network devices, create and manage system permissions and user accounts, perform regular security tests and security monitoring, upgrade, install, and configure application software and computer hardware, and maintain a repository of all organizational or system-level cybersecurity-related documentation.
  • Implement automated software solutions, plan for redundancies, rollovers, and recoveries of systems and networks.
  • Support evaluations, exercises, and events by providing IT expertise and knowledge and ensuring that IT functions or needs for events are met.
  • Perform, coordinate, integrate, and supervise network designs, configurations, operations, defenses, restorations, and improvements.
  • Respond to internal requests for IT assistance as needed, analyze capabilities and performance, identify problems, and take corrective actions.
  • Support efforts to acquire, install, and support future networks, support the readiness of VTCs, and delegate tasks and incidents down to lower IT support as needed.
Requirements
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience
  • United States citizen
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses
