About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at GreenStone Farm Credit Services. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing information technology solutions to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects, including time and priority management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to develop work requests for submission.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Provide tier 2 production support for end users of custom software systems.
  • Conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure that system requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role or in an IT environment is required.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new processes and procedures to meet business initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
