Job Title: Business Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the implementation of business platforms, including FSM, ERP, HCM, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering, create and refine user stories, and document acceptance criteria with key stakeholders.
  • Document complex business processes and IT system interactions during the requirement elicitation process.
  • Assess and manage requirements changes throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver business requirements.
  • Document key stakeholders and persona impacts for training and change management activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
  • Adhere to the established business analysis approach, including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology.
  • Requirements Analysis and Documentation.
  • Effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them to technical requirements.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
  • Analyze and document the scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle, Visio, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven experience collecting and managing business needs and requirements.
  • Proven success documenting business needs and requirements with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to review design documentation and test cases to ensure alignment and coverage of all requirements.
  • Experience defining process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to collect, manage, and quantify requirement change requests.
  • Experience leading testing preferred.
  • Experience working in a hybrid delivery model that spans time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
