As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pilot Butte Rehabilitation Center, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication administration, providing nursing services, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and assist the Director of Nursing in providing exceptional care to our residents.
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for our residents.
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, environmental orientation, medication administration, and other care while promoting self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
  • Ensure care is delivered as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
  • Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
