As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Pilot Butte Rehabilitation Center, you play a vital role in delivering quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, providing nursing services, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and assist the director of nursing in providing high-quality care
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, environmental orientation, medication administration, and other care while promoting self-care and independence
  • Ensure care is delivered as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements:
  • Possess a current LPN license in good standing
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
