About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Riser Fitness, LLC. As a key member of our studio management team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our Club Pilates studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership and retail sales growth.
  • Lead and support Sales Associates in providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Assist in managing staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal studio operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure studio retail products are stocked.
  • Train and support Sales Associates in sales processes and customer service.
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service and sales support.
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and organization, and enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
  • Execute adherence to all company policies, including at-will employment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue streams: memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
