Job Overview

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver course objectives and outlines in accordance with college guidelines.
  • Conduct classes in accordance with approved course materials.
  • Maintain attendance records and provide student counseling.
  • Emphasize the importance of regular class attendance and maintain a disciplined learning environment.
  • Report any problems or recommendations to college supervisory officials.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate computers into the instructional environment and online teaching experience is required.
  • Teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
