Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at Paradigm, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging content for various platforms, with a focus on video production, trend adaptation, and analytics-driven strategy.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create and publish engaging organic posts, reels, and short-form videos tailored to each platform's audience and trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
* Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content to enhance audience engagement and tell compelling brand stories.
* Monitor social media KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
* Provide data-driven insights to improve content strategies and maximize impact.
* Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and overall style.
* Create animations and motion graphics as needed.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for graphic design and video production.
* Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
