Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in leading software development teams, particularly in cloud environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate collaboration across various time zones.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the data engineering lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing solutions.
Compensation:
The approved base salary range for this position is $135,250 - $172,800, with potential for higher offers based on experience and education. This role is also eligible for performance bonuses and additional incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
