Key Responsibilities

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee and manage the general ledger accounting processes to ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

You will supervise the accounting functions related to cash disbursements and receipts, investments, fixed assets, and indirect cost allocations. Additionally, you will maintain the Financial Edge system, optimizing its efficiency while ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Experience in a human services organization and possession of a CPA designation are advantageous.
