Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive store environment
- Oversee a team of Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty program participation
- Collaborate with management to achieve store goals, including sales targets, customer service metrics, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service principles
Marshalls offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
