Job Summary:

The Part time Store Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining store visual standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role will also involve training and developing store staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
  • Maintain store visual standards, including visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service, modeling behaviors and holding self and team accountable to LS&CO sales standards.
  • Train and develop store staff, including product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and sending merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform operational procedures to support efficient store operation and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
