Job Overview

Aveson Charter School is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our student services team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to our students, families, and teachers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting and possess a strong understanding of office software applications, including Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the student services team
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Respond to correspondence and manage phone calls
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including Google Suite or Microsoft Office
