Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Funeral Planner to join our team as a Funeral Director and Family Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide compassionate guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Service Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service.
- Reporting: Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Licenses: Insurance license required, Funeral Directors license preferred but not required.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high self-motivation, ability to empathize with and support clients during difficult times.
