Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at $30,000 - $35,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, vision, supplemental insurance, and vacation time.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an MSP Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Addressing Tier 1 Service Desk tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Deploying new customer desktops and laptops, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
- Troubleshooting general user issues, including client software installations, password resets, printer/scanner problems, and Windows operating system issues
- Maintaining integrity in accessing customer infrastructure and adhering to change management best practices
- Supporting the MSP Division in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1+ years of hands-on user IT support experience
- A strong understanding of IT service management principles and industry-standard certifications (A+ certification preferred)
