Key Responsibilities
- Assure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Contribute to a clean and safe environment by maintaining necessary equipment and supplies.
- Report hazardous conditions/equipment to the Director of Food Services immediately.
- Complete job duties according to the pattern of management provided at Sodexo Orientation.
- Attend and participate in mandatory in-service programs.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age.
- Must be able to relate to and work with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
- Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of fifty (50) lbs.
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
